Imaging Consultants (IC) offer users from various biological sciences and industrial fields well qualified consultation and service in close cooperation with our business and cooperation partners. ICs visit customers on site to present our products and work together with them to work out optimal product solutions – custom-tailored to their individual needs. ICs also accompany projects within their area of responsibility – starting with the initial customer contact on through to the actual product installation. ICs introduce users to the world of digital image analysis as well as providing them with support regarding specific technical questions. ICs stay in continuous contact with customers and cooperation partners, receiving regular input from them. Furthermore, ICs provide various kinds of support. For one thing, they offer support via telephone, helping customers to diagnose what the exact problem is, subsequently providing helpful hints and advice. And ICs also provide customers with on-site service. ICs are in charge of looking after our regional business partners and ensure that contact with them remains friendly and personal. They also assist us in our ongoing efforts to expand the range of our cooperative efforts. ICs feel a sense of responsibility for expanding our customer base. IC attention is focused on the search for new customers and application areas for our product systems. ICs generally have a university-level degree in the biological sciences or materials sciences. Previous experience in the field of image analysis and microscopy is advantageous.
