Scandium M is an entry level package in the Olympus Scandium series, especially configured for portable SEMs. Users of Scandium M will be working effectively and successfully right from the start – even without previous experience using imaging software. This software is fully adaptable to the workflow you are accustomed and uses standard Windows procedures. Scandium M comes with an extended range of interactive measurement functions as well as structured archiving and an entry level of report generation.
