To be authorized to use Olympus Soft Imaging Solutions’ Live Online Support you must follow these steps:
- Read and accept the Terms of Service below.
- Make an appointment with a representative at Olympus Soft Imaging Solutions (see contact info below) who will supply you with the necessary user name and password.
- At the agreed upon time, initialize Live Online Support by clicking the “I accept the Terms of Service” checkbox, entering username and password and clicking on the “Send” button.
To keep our help desk running efficiently, please be sure to first check your User’s Guide and the online help files for possible solutions, before contacting us with a problem.
